At McGrory’s, we feel blessed, to have Chef Kamal Rai on board, as he never fails to amaze us with his original and exciting interpretations of Indian dishes. Kamal will share some of his tastiest recipes, that gives you a genuine feel for the rich tapestry of herbs and spices that make Indian cooking so unique. Using locally sourced Doherty’s Lamb, Noone’s free range Chicken, Portavogie Prawns and Ballyholey vegetables, together with carefully roasted and blended aromatic spices, we have created a menu that not only showcases the very best of India, but also, our beautiful peninsula of Inishowen.
